STAY AWAY FROM THIS RATS NEST
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/19/09
Just an aweful place and very gross. Stinks like the rooms are unattended all the time. 60 bucks a night and i would rather sleep on the streets. The worst place in America!!!

Let it Snow!!
Thank you Budget Inn For Jumping our car and helping us during this terrible blizzard. The coffee was hot and even sent to our room while the maintenance crew helped us charge our battery and get us "plugged in". We are not used to the weather here but must say the staff made this experience fun! This is an older motel and our room was exceptionally quiet and clean. We were able to use the motels internet computers to catch up on email and route our travels while the manager set our laptop up for WiFi in our room. Coffee and Danish next morning hit the spot and Management allowed us a late check out with no hassles. We will be back. Room was 40 bucks plus tax which was well worth our stay!

Horrible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/15/08
I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend and another couple. This hotel does not have electronic keys, just regular medal ones. After we had left I noticed a key I left in my purse but figured it would be ok. A couple days later I noticed an additional $50 charge on my card that was incorrect. I questioned the manager and said it was $40 to have the locks changed and $10 for a pillow that was taken from the room. The pillow was taken from the room next to us and she charged my room for it. This is the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had. The management needs work.

Bad
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/11/08
What a shock. We opened the door, and it was like something out of slum area room. It was so dirty, and stunk. The carpet had big spots and stains. Rooms like this should be blocked off and never rented. There is no way I would ever stay in a flea bag hotel like this. We did not stay there, but paid 72.00 at Express Way instead. dOOR DIDN'T even close well, poor locks, dark and dingy. I can't forget how bad it was.

The Best Place Ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/27/08
I want to first start off by saying that im so happy to have stayed here. I say this because the service was wonderful, the people who worked there seemed full of energy and did a very nice job with helping me. The room was more than i could ask for... i mean the whole room was perfect. I dont know what else to say, my family and i enjoyed so much. The kids can't wait to come back :)

Not a good experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/15/07
The basic amneties such as towels, couches and beds are not clean. When we entered our room for the first time, it had the distinct impression of some one staying there earlier. The floor was sticky and the carpet needed a lot of vaccuming. Broken chairs and mosquito nets added to this. I hope we never have to stay here again.

Dirty but cheap
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/15/07
Fifteen years ago I stayed here when this was a family owned/operated motel. Then it was clean and comfortable. So I decided to try it again; what a mistake. Nothing has changed in 15 years; same carpet, drapes, bedspread. But the carpet was filty, the drapes weren't hanging on drapery hooks, the heater didn't work, cigarette butts littered the sidewalks, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked into the tub.

This motel sits downtown Bismarck and is hard to find.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/08/05
The Fleck House is an older motel and all the room doors are on the outside which isn't very good when more modern motels are around and easier to find. Also this motel has no restaurant and what's close by is no good. Go stay somewhere else.

I'll be staying here from now on.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/04
This is proably the quietest motel I have ever stayed at. Older but kepted up well. Very friendly staff and it feels as comfortable as home. The prices are just right.
