City Center Inn, Charlotte

The bathtub was filthy with black dirt in the drain and bottom, not enough towels, VERY loud, told by manager that the hotel was NOT safe for me to stay there, i should have stayed somewhere else even if it did cost more and I was also not told of the addl parking charge. Disgusting environment in general and on Sunday typically a complimentary breakfast is open until 10:00 not 9:00.

yhe club right across the street playin loud music and no customers in the place and the stupid drunk white kids the rooms were ok the front desk personnel was very helpful and nice

well, they say you get what you pay for, but this was worse than that! our room was ok, but the connecting room was DISGUSTING! there were dust bunnies hanging down from the vents, toothpaste crap on the mirror, dirty chairs, everything felt sticky. we felt like we couldn't even touch anything in that other room. it smelled like wet carpet/wet dog, it was soooo gross! we were supposed to stay there for 5 nights and left after the 1st night. if you don't care about the quality of the room or cleanliness, then stay here because it's cheap. oh yeah, the pool didn't have water in it which made it look even worse. the only positive was that they had a decent wi-fi connection.

The Days Inn Downtown is disgusting. I checked in late, had to ring a bell to be let in, numerous homeless people were begging for money, I DID NOT feel safe. Finally, a man came to the window, would not let me in the lobby, and I really felt like I was bothering him and he looked like he just woke up. When I finally got checked in and went to the room, Oh my goodness, I left my shoes on, would not take them off. I didn't even touch the bed for fear of what disease I might catch. I ended up going back to the desk and told him I would not be staying and that I needed my money back. He laughed in my face and said that I would have to speak to a manager, but yet he wouldn't give me a business card. So, I ended up staying outside of Charlotte that night even though I had a job interview the next morning. If ya'll are decent people, and most of you are, DO NOT STAY HERE-- I wouldn't even rent a room to let my dog stay in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was absolutely the most nasty, unclean, run-down established we have ever stayed. The bed frame was rotten and split. The bedspread was dingy. The walls were filthy. The was close to the door had rotten through to the outside. We made a complaint with DAYS INN. Offered to send them pictures that we took. No response. Will never stay at any DAYS INN again.

Carpet fraying, shower area poor presentation with bad grouting job and paint spots. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Fan on air conditioner poor. TV very old and poor color quality. Alarm in poor working condition and dim lit areas around vending machines.
