A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP
By Beth, 09/25/08
I LIKED THE POINT OF HAVING BEEN GREETED AS I ENTERED THE DOOR.THE FRONT DESK GIRL(BUELA) WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.WE GOT OUR ROOM AND WAS SHOCKED TO FINE THAT THE ROOM WAS TO MY SATISFACTION.THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THE REMOTE HAD NO BATTERIES AND BETH FIXED IT RIGHT UP FOR US.WE GOT A GOOD NIGHTS REST AND HAD BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING.THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED BUT WE HAD COFFEE ANY WAY.WE PROCEEDED TO CHECK OUT AND AGAIN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ANOTHER NICE CLERK (ANGIE) WHO WAS NICE AS WELL.OVERALL MY STAY WAS WELL WORTH THE CHEAP PRICES THEY HAD.PEOPLE THERE WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.NO ONE WANTS TO POST A GOOD COMMENT BUT I'VE READ ALOT OF BAD ONES. SO HERES SOMETHING GOOD,FOR A NICE BUNCH OF PEOPLE.THANK YOU AND I WILL BE RETURNING ON OUR NEXT TRIP.

You get what you pay for
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/18/08
We were making a long trip and chose this place as it was midway to our destination and cheap. The room was very old and worn, but relatively clean -- no dust, obvious mold, etc. (although the bathroom mirror bore traces of a "Please clean me" message a previous occupant had left.) The TV worked fine. However, many basic comforts were missing: bed sheet was on bare mattress (no mattress pads); only 2 small-sized and very thin bath towels; water ran warm to lukewarm, never hot; heating/cooling unit ran on either low or high, low setting blew out with such force that I had to place a chair between it and the bed to sleep comfortably; road noise was extreme - sounding as loud as if our door had been left open; ironing board was missing its pad; and no coffee pot in the room. But we could adjust the room temperature in the room to our comfort level. And although I missed my hot shower, the shower head worked fine. All said and done, would I stay here again? My husband says "never". I might if I was low on cash, it was late and I needed a place to crash for a single night.

It was a room, period.
By Neall, 03/08/06
This room was a place to lay my head down for the night. That is all it was and I'm glad it was just that. I would not want to have made an extended stay in that room. Half the light fixtures were missing light bulbs and everything had that well worn look about it.
