If your on business find another hotel

Checked into suite for a week. Sheets on sleeper sofa had not been changed, candy wrapers on them. Wireless, which all hotels seeme to advertise, was non-existant. One brief moment (maybe two hours out of the entire time) we could connect. Kept getting same story from front desk about every hotel in area having the same problem. Wake up call did come on time, all four of them. Each day I had a wake up call it rang two times each on the 2-line phone, maybe 5-minutes apart. Just enough time to get in the shower and have the phone ringing. No longer has restaurant but not a big problem, restaurants all around the area. Reason we stayed here is they take animals but absence of wireless in todays time is inexcusable. What's just as disturbing as the absence of wireless is the absence of management. I expressed my disatisfaction with front desk several times in person and on the phone yet not once did the hotel manager call me, and I was suppose to be there an entire week. I now associate this level of service with all Quality Inns.
