Great since renovation

Notice the negative reviews are the oldest. This Quality Inn has been completely renovated. We had a nice, big room with a king bed and plenty of room to walk around. Everything about it was nicer than I'd expect for about $60 a night. It was a discount price for a nice place. Great value. Near the interstate, but not so close that traffic noise was an issue. We'd definitely stay again.

very clean and large room

I liked the large room space. I had a room with two beds with room enough for a third twin bed and large TV with the capability to purchase movies and play games. my grandson really enjoyed play the games. The bath room was large enough, towels were clean and plentiful. However the hot water did not get really hot early in the morning and i understand due to the efficiency of the guest there getting ready for the fashion show which most rooms were accomodated by models for the fashion show but late the water was extremely hot. thanks and i will be back soon.

Very Good location

Close to good restaurants, nice pool. Going thru a renovation, but the people and the service was great. Please fix the ice machines. Good complimentary breakfast! I will return when in Charlotte.

Just 5 miles from the state line

Clean, well lit rooms. WiFi or wired free high speed internet in the rooms. A good selection of channels on the TV. Walking distance to several restraunts as well as a Costco membership warehouse. Free breakfast in the lobby, with waffles, as a choice. Free shuttle to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Would not go back!

Checked into the hotel after driving 19 hours to find the room we where given had not been cleaned. We where then given another room to find hair all over the bathroom floor as well as the tub.

They need to repair their rooms

Everything was great except they need to repair the holes in their rooms. The rooms were very cleaned. The hotel was very clean and centrally located. We had a very nice time at the hotel.

This hotel was good in all aspects. A nice place to enjoy. Good service was given by the hotel staff, would like to visit this place again along with my family and friends.
