Econo Lodge Dunn, Dunn

Decided to stay an extra night so I wouldn't have to drive home after dark as I was tired from being in a meeting all day. They told me The price would be an extra $10 because they were full that night and so were all the other hotels in town. I paid the $10 and stayed but they weren't anywhere near full early the next morning when I checked. I was staying on a seniors rate. It was also noisy as three people entered the room next to me at about 3 am and partied until about 5 am and then left.

This was a dreadfully dirty place with no ameneties. The mattresses were horribly stained. The mattress pad was just a strip in the middle of the bed. The sheets weren't fitted so they didn't protect you from the filthy mattress. The desk clerk was rude. In spite of having three in our party, the room only had towels for two. When I asked for more I was told I had to come get them. The traffic noise is horrible. The door to the room was crooked so cold air and noise came in. By far the worst place I have ever stayed in. Buyer beware!

There was no alarm clock, hairdryer, iron, or coffee pot. This would be just a place to stop and get some sleep and to continue on your trip. Unfortunatly this was my weekend place for my trip.
