Would not go back!!!

We reserved this room two months ago thinking it was going to be modest but clean. We were so wrong! The room smelled rank (good thing we brought air spray with us!), the rug was so stained that it looked like it was down since the 70's along with the decor, the bathroom had a slight urine smell. We did get new towels each morning but we never go more soap. We had to go buy our own. When we booked the room we had no idea that it was directly on the runway path at the airport. We quickly found out the first night. I thought the plane was going to land on the hotel. We stayed for four nights and I never once saw the housekeeping stafff with a vaccuum or anything to clean with. Do yourselves a favor & bypass this hotel - we will from now on!!!

No night service

When I arrived at this place at 2am in the morning because of severe flight delays, I found a hand-written sign that the office would not reopen until 6am. Ringing the bell lead to no reaction. I had to find another place, and since I had prepaid through Expedia, I ended up paying twice. There was prompt service at the Econolodge down the road, and the room was nice. Go there!

BED BUGS

Two Words: Bed Bugs And when we confronted them in the morning, they would not allow a refund. Don't stay here and if you do, make sure you wash your cloths.

It's not the best nor the worst

This hotel was not the best. It did have a few problems, the water in the bath did not drain fast, therefore when you took a shower, the water was still there. The hotel sheets and the beds were clean. We were okay for this hotel because we knewwe wanted a cheap place to stay while we shop at the outlets. The location to go shopping at the outlets is very good and close. Would I recommend this place to someone who's a germaphobe ? No. But for someone who wants a close cheap please to stay while they save money for shopping ? Yes.

YUCK!

Upon entering the room we discovered a mouse running across the floor. There were no other rooms available due to a convention in the area. There were cobwebs all over the room. The worst part came when we went to climb into bed. The sheets were soaked. I pulled them off and smelled the mattress. It reeked of urine. I called the front desk and someone said they would bring up new sheets. NEW SHEETS!!! The mattress needed to be burned and all they were going to do was bring up new sheets. Needless to say, the kids slept on the floor that night. All the while I was worried about them being bitten by a mouse. Do not stay here!!!

Sheets dirty and cheap, carpet stained, walls stained, air conditioning did not work, no hbo, noise from the airport, room was very old and dated, sink had scratches and room smelled bad. Continental breakfast consisted of donut holes and coffee with powdered cream.....front desk staff was argumentative...I think you get the picture...stay a w a y from this one.....

It was a very nasty hotel. Everything was dirty. Don't stay here if I was you. Please don't stay here. It's so dirty you might get sick.
