Try and stay somewhere else.

Carpet and bathroom shower needed scrubbed. Stains on chairs. Wallpaper and insulation in bathroom peeling off that you could see the pipes behind the shower. Cigarette holes in the blanket and sheet. Yellow discoloration to bathroom floor. Heater that didn't work and was badly damaged. Heating vent in bathroom very dirty and dusty and barely worked. Outlet near sink didn't work. Housekeeping comes at your door at 840 a.m. to clean your room when check out is at 11 a.m. Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor. You will hand the 'tell us how your room was' green card to the clerk at check out and she will try and hide it so other people don't see the comments. I place the blame strictly on management. I didn't see management even present at the hotel. No security so if they're busy I wouldn't expect much to be done if there was too much noise. You may have to ask for more towels when you go there because they only give you two and only give you one shampoo. Since there is only one person at the desk at night, this might be a problem and a security concern. All of this and no discount was given.
