Fantastic Value!
By Michael, 08/26/09
Nothing negative to say about the fantastic service and facilities provided by the Hotel Inn. Not only providing a free shuttle too and from the train station, a breakfast in the morning, complimentary internet access, and a clean, usable hotel room, they also provided kind and polite customer service as well. I don't normally go to the trouble of recommending hotels but the Hotel Inn Express really exceeded all my expectations.

You get what you pay for
By Patty, 02/22/09
The room was okay, standard. Ask for a room away from the highway, trust me, I made that mistake. I would like to see more items on the breakfast, but I did love those cinnamon buns!

Worse Holiday Inn I've stayed in...EVER.
By Jer, 01/20/09
When I came to check-in there was no one there...?? I waited 10 minutes to have an employee come to the desk and grunt "name". Rooms are new, but poorly done. Outlet didn't work, but what difference does it make when the light bulbs blown anyways. I remember when this hotels was a Red Carpet Inn, don't let the new name fool you, it's the same hotel. Location was horrible! Downtown yes, but not in a good section, right near the Greyhound bus station which has all kinds of bums haning around, and the intersection at 787 is litterly 20 feet away from the hotel - constant noise!

Every hotel should be run like this!
By Debora, 10/16/08
Incredible assistance and fabulous attitudes. The employees at this hotel should be sent to train other hotel staffs. I have stayed at luxury hotels and resorts that do not match the superior service I received here. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to accomodate us. Shuttle pickup at train and to airport was arranged on our schedule based on our needs. No running with luggage to catch a shuttle that comes only once an hour. Rides were offered to restaurants that were not in walking distance. Inexpensive. Patient and gracious front desk worker acted as a concierge. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Generous supply of pillows and bath towels. Fax machines, work stations, desk supplies, and several computers with free wi-fi were readily available. We were treated as if we were the most important customers in the entire hotel.

Totally blew away our expectations!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/12/08
This place was great!! The people at the front desk were very friendly and cheerful, always willing to help. They recommended some great places to eat and go. We were only there a night, but we really enjoyed it! Free WiFi, Free Coffee, Tea, and Continental Breakfast, as well as a free shuttle to nearby sights. Oh, and a pool, sauna, steam room, and workout center. Everything you could need in a hotel...for cheap...and it's a Holiday Inn?? Wow...

The Holiday Inn Express was great. The room was of high quality, clean, and surprisingly affordable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in a great location. The staff was very friendly. All-in-all, it was a great weekend. Thanks Holiday Inn!

Exceeded Expectations!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/14/08
I loved the hotel! I was there for a two night, three day weekend stay for a conference. Every one of the staff members were more than accommodating and extremely nice. The rooms were very clean 'to the naked eye' and comfortable. It was very modern for what I expected even for a Holiday Inn Express. The location was right in the Historic District of Albany and I had the opportunity to view some great architecture. Overall, I would recommend anyone stay there for the price, quality, and spectacular staff personalities. Oh and one of the best features of the hotel is the FREE WIFI!!! I had a great connection all weekend!

Service with a smile
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/13/08
the Holiday Inn Express service was excellent. I especially appreciate the pick up and delivery to the airport, amongst the friendly service and super clean rooms they provided. Their amenities include an indoor gym and pool, which was great. If i ever go back to Albany, I would not hestitate to go back to the Holiday Inn express!

Fantastic
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/12/08
This is one of the few hotels I've had no problem with. There was a conference of 150+ students the weekend I stayed there, and the rooms, dining area, business center, and lobby remained as clean as I would expect for a low-traffic weekend. Staff were attentive and cheerful. There was also a shuttle to and from Albany airport. Overall, a great experience. If I'm in Albany again, this is where I'll stay.

great hotel
By Cody, 02/11/08
The hotel was excellent - the service and the facilities were great. The staff are especially nice and helpful. The conference facilities were very good. WiFi, indoor pool, free drive-you-around-service, bacon in the morning - What more could you want?
