Great Escape
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/07
The Andrew was great. All the hotel staff was wonderful from the bell man to the hotel manager. I stayed there for two weeks and I had excellent service each day. If I'm ever in the area again that where I will be!!!!

INCREDIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/06
THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST!!!! I stay here all the time and I love the design. It's one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and the staff will go out of there way on a daily basis to see that you are satisfied.

The Diamond of Great Neck
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/18/06
Great rooms, looked to be recently renovated. Long Island charm with Manhattan Style. I am reluctant to tell everyone how good it really is because I want to keep this little Gem a secret all to myself.

The Motel 6 of Great Neck
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/14/05
Good location, but terrible hotel. Our phones did not work the entire night we stayed there as well as no internet connection. Had to call the desk for essentials like toilet paper and the front desk attitude was that we were irritating them. The closets consisted of a rod with something resembling a blanket to close instead of doors. Very overpriced for the quality of the room. The Inn at Great Neck is a far superior hotel, having stayed there the previous nigh to our stay at the Andrew. The free continental breakfast in the morning is very poor and the overall experience at this hotel was awful.

Never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/17/05
My parents had come to visit from out of town and I live a couple blocks away from The Andrew. How pefect, or so I thought. The most pleasant staff members were the maids. It is a very stuffy atmosphere and the price to stay was a joke after the quality of service my parents recieved. Three light bulbs in the room did not work and when my parents asked for help the response was "Well do you know how to turn it on." Only one was replaced. We also entered the room upon arrival with just a white sheet on the bed with no comforter. I have many guests who will be visiting me this summer and my parents plan on coming back, but I will never again subject any one of them to The Andrew experience. I'd rather rent them a car and pay for thier stay in a much more classy establishment with friendly, helpful service. What an awful experience.
