Please don't try to take coffee after 10:00am!! The older female receptionist is very rude..Our company wanted to rent from them for several nights and check out. There is NO REFUND for advance room pmt. We might not stay there again. DRAINS ARE SLOW SOMETIMES NO HOT WATER!!

THE RATE WAS GREAT CONSIDERING THE OTHER MOTEL RATES IN ROSWELL. PILLOWTOP MATTRESS MADE FOR A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP, HAD LARGE TV, AND WIFI. CLEAN ROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE BUDGET INN VERY ECONOMICAL.

THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB IN KEEPING THE ROOMS CLEAN THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY. PARKING RIGHT BY MY DOOR REALLY HELPED NO STAIRS TO CLIMB EASY ACCESS. WHEN I TRAVEL THROUGH HERE THE BUDGET INN IS WHERE I WILL STAY. THE VALUE IS GREAT WITH THIS CURRENT ECONOMY!!!

clean rooms, good price, wi-fi internet, good restrauants across the street, if i am back in roswell i will stay there.

nice clean rooms, very very very comfertable bed, has a free wifi, also had plug in internet friendly staff. had six resturants in walking dist.

The bathtub had hairs in it from the previous tenants.The curtains had cigarette burns and were so old they were deteriorating and ripped. The air conditioner blew right in your face all night.The lightbulbs that weren't working had been that way for a long while for they were just filthy.We were so uncomfortable there that we slept on top of the bedspread with our clothes on.The whole place in general was very dirty and neglected and it was even in the AAA New Mexico travel book! The proprietors of this motel should be ashamed of themselves.SHAME SHAME SHAME

In the Roswell travel book it said Deluxe breakfast, not so, 2 cereal containers and milk and juice and some cheap honeybuns. BUT the room was decent, fridge and microwave was clean, no smells in the room, no bugs or mold. The fridge was cold and had a small freezer. Not a new room, mind you, but very decent for the price. The person at the desk was nice (it was late at check in) and agreeable. We were pretty happy with it and would recommend it.

What I dislike about this motel is. They do not honor their room pricing. We had a coupon at a rate of $29.95. When we arrived & produced their coupon, they told us they had no rooms available at that rate. But they did have rooms for $50.00. This is with only about 20% of their rooms with cars parked by the rooms. We passed many motels driving thru Roswell to go to this motel. Even though many of the other motels were advertising rates similar to their coupon rate. So we ended up wasting our time for nothing. We got a room right next door to the Budget Inn, at a slightly higher price than the Budget Inn coupon rate. But much less than the $50 quote giving by them. Not only did we waste time & gas by going to Budget Inn. But they are really misleading people by not honoring their own coupons. I could maybe understand if they were busy. But this was a Wednesday night, January 7th. None of the motels in town had even close to 50% occupancy. The owner of the motel we eventually stayed at. Told us the Budget Inn owner does this bait & switch all the time. Even when business is slow. So fair warning. Do not expect to get a decent room rate at the Budget Inn. No matter what they advertise. I can only imagine the quality of the rooms. What with they way they do business.

We decided to stay at the Budget Inn, due to its comparatively low price. The room itself had a fridge, unfortunately the ice contained inside looked kind of moldy, so we decided to only put closed bottles in. The bed had hair from previous visitors (...), the towels in the bathroom didn't look clean and we also noticed a moldly wall in the bathroom. Nevertheless, for $ 40 per night the price was acceptable.
