A family member recently made a reservation with this hotel. She was assured they had a senior discount . According to the national website the senior discount is 10% yet when she received her confirmation her discount was $1...yes you read that right ONE DOLLAR. When she contacted them they were condescending and informed her that they had their manager had the authority to change the discount rate. They talked down to her and treated her as through she were a fool. Talk about PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not only not stay at this hotel myself, but I would also recommend that others stay away too!

bugs found in beds

my children and I went to see the Reba concert we spent the night at this Hotel. One of my daughter's I found sitting on Top of the Bathroom sink at 3:00 in the morning. I asked if she was ill, she said there is bugs in the bed.I wondered why I was itching and went to see our beds fill with bugs. We could not get our money back because the manager was not working at this hour and it was the weekend. Do NOt Stay at the hotel. Bad experience!

Worst Super 8

I usually stay at the chain budget motels (Motel 6, Super 8) when I am on personal travel. This property should be withdrawn by the Super 8 franchisers. The absolute worst bed I've every slept on. Dirty. Cheaply maintained (no toilet paper rod to hold the toilet paper, power outlets kept failing). Avoid it!
