Park Inn and Suites Santa Fe, Santa Fe

I would not stay here again. The location is pretty central but it is right on street and the traffic noise was very loud. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. They were doing some kind of work that involved wiring and when we told them that the wiring was laying across the stairway and blocking our way, they said the work needed to be done and we would need to walk around it. They didn't seem to care that someone could easily trip and fall. I was not impressed, but for $50.00 a night I wasn't expecting much.

We had never stayed at this hotel and made reservations over the phone. The reservations lady put me on hold quite a few times just to make the reservation, they had no record of us when we arrived, they charged us $20 per night extra for having pets (we were moving and had our 2 cats with us), we requested no maid service because of our cats and they came in anyways, the people at the front desk were unprofessional and cold, and the pool was closed. The room was very nice and the hotel seemed very expensive, but we absolutely will never stay there again.

We had never stayed at this hotel before and made reservations over the internet. It certainly underwhelmed us. The room was old and musty but clean. The "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" was a bag with an Orange, Apple juice and granola bar. The Pool was closed. The fitness room had one treadmill, one stair climber and one bike (that didn't work) and the TV in the fitness room recieved one local channel. Wish we had paid a little more and stayed at the Couryard up the street.
