Holiday Inn Deming, Deming

When I checked in the clerk gave me a second floor room. No elevators so I asked for a first floor room because of my obvious handicap. She not only told me there were no first floor rooms but refused to refund my money to the credit card. After struggling up to the room I slept okay in clean accomodations. Upon my return home I discovered not only the $78.62 charge on my card but an additional $150 debit as well. Upon calling to find out why I was told the manager would call me back. Hasn't happened yet. Avoid this place!

traveling along the interstate saw the billboards for a this hotel. Great rates at just $70. the whole place has just been re-done with amazing beds. i want one for my home. you cant see it from the road bu they has this large courtyard with green grass perfect for my kids to run and play with our dog. oh yeah they are pet friendly without any hidden charges for having a pet. the kids loved the big outdoor pool so much better than the tiny indorr ones we'd been getting. the whole place was clean and fresh. the staff is so friendly and cheerful. check out elysa on the front desk and gina in the dining room. food was good nothing fancy but good. not over priced like most hotels. it is easy on and off free parking lots of lights on at night. felt safe secure for me and my kids.

There were bugs in the lobby as well as in our room. We had a group event so there were several people that stayed at this hotel. Everyone complained about the bugs and some even had bugs in their beds. When mentioned to the staff, we were told there was nothing they could do. Our rooms were never vacummed or cleaned, either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would recommend staying at the La Quinta Inn and Suites located next door, or the Comfort Inn and Suites located a few miles down the road.

i will never stay a this hotel ever again the rooms were awful there was bugs in the beds service was awful in the restaurant when i wanted to talk to somebody about the service nothing was done i asked for a manager and i waited and waited for someone to come out and no one came until the next day i had to call down to see if the manager would be able to speak w me i was told that the manager had not gotten there yet. i think this was the worst experiance ive had at a hotel i will not be recommending this hotel to any one.and i will never stay here again
