Owner will not return my backpack with rented DVD's lies and said I did not leave there, blamed on the maid had to send the police and am having to file charges for stolen property. New owner does not speak English well nor understand it. It was the last place available when I arrived in town. Value is not worth having DVD player and DVD"S replaced.

The manager on duty, Bill, was very helpful when my husband needed assistance in the washroom. He didn't even hesitate when I asked for his help. That's what I consider "Great Service"! Sincerly, Mrs. Gramont
