Terrible hotel, cruel staff. Kenny is evil.

THIS IS THE LETTER I WROTE THE HOTEL CORPORATE OFFICE:
I have a terminally ill sister and one of her last wishes was to have a nice meal - a nice steak. She was too weak to go to a restaurant, so I thought we'd spend the night in a nice hotel and get room service - that would be the next best thing.
I requested a handicapped access room because she is in a wheel chair. She is dying of leukemia. I had her check in with her friend while I got a prescription filled for her. I'm sorry I did. The front desk person REFUSED TO GIVE US A HANDICAPPED ROOM. Did you not know that your doors are too heavy for a handicapped person to use? She was not strong enough to open the doors--that's why they have automatic door openers on your handicapped rooms.
Later that day, she asked me for a can of Pepsi - that's all she wanted. I went to find vending machines. You no longer have any. I went to find he gift store - I followed the signs everywhere - leaving my sister alone in the room, which she wasn't supposed to be. There is no gift store. There is no fitness room. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. They refused to let me. I explained the situation - I needed a Pepsi and they had no vending machines or place to buy it - my sister was dying. He didn't care. I was crying - I felt like I was speaking to an unfeeling robot with no compassion or sense of humanity. The manager (not really a manager - lying about his position there) named Angel approached me and agreed to get me some Pepsi for the room. What he didn't tell me (and what I found out when I got my bill) is that he was charging me $80.00 to get two individual bottles of Pepsi.
Later, we ordered room service. They forgot part of our meal and the steak was completely burned and cooked beyond well - when it was ordered to be medium well. The next day, I got the bill and saw the $80.00 "accommodation" charge and called the front desk. I spoke to a hateful woman named Kayla. She would not or could not explain what the charge was and, again, refused to allow me to speak to a manager. She kept telling me that it was a "charge for the room". But, I booked the room on Expedia and already paid for it. I ended up insisting that he allow me to speak to someone who could speak intelligently about the bill. Her response was, "If you're going to be rude, I don't have to talk to you." She then hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to someone who was the manager, Kenny. Kenny told me that I was "being immature" about my sister's death. He said "it wasn't his problem" and "he didn't care". He refused to let me speak to another manager. He also denied that Kayla hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to the unfeeling and uncaring Angel again. I told him what a Godless, evil group of people I think you all are. I think you are all sick and disgusting low lifes for treating me and my sister like this. He didn't care. He told me the REAL manager was coming in later and he'd have him call me. Two minutes later, he told me I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone but him and that the manager wasn't coming in that day, after all. THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE.
Just then, my other sister arrived to see how we were doing. I told her what happened and she went downstairs to talk to them. The REAL manager was there and she was able to speak to him. The only reason the REAL manager even spoke to my other sister is because she happens to supervise the health inspectors in the city of Albuquerque and any business that sells food to the public in ABQ knows who she is. THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE THAT HIS EMPLOYEES TREATED US POORLY AND WERE CRUEL TO US. HE ONLY CARED THAT HE MIGHT MAKE THE A BIG-WIG IN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ANGRY.
