Were Very Surprised!
By Carolyn, 01/31/10
My husband and I lived less than a mile from this hotel. We've moved away but needed a place to stay for the Thanksgiving weekend and again in December. Wasn't expecting much on our first visit, because of the previous owners, but were pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The rooms were updated and very nice. Loved the sleep number beds! Will stay there whenever we're back in Freehold.

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By Jason, 01/26/09
What did i dislike, what did l like bc i will be here all day if i answer the first question. It's a very nice ballroom. That's it. Go to Nanina's in the Park or Grand Marquis. Those places are on another lever that this place an and never will be at. This place should fire Heidi and go to a wedding or two. Heidi was the naste person in the wedding event industry that we met after going to 24 places.

nice new super clean place
By David, 08/01/08
place was clean and the sleep number beds great $109.00 per night best price in town. No sauna, but listing posted said they did. Complimentary continental breakfast was not included in price . we were told that was a typeo and then they added ( M-F, Labor Day - Memorial Day ) to there posting as we watched. but they included it in one of our two nights. it was ok at best. overall we would stay again but eat elsewhere.. Rating just room was excellent service brought overall down

They messed up and gave away $50,000
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/08
I was set on having my wedding here after looking at over 20 venues. I really thought this was it. They took some time getting back to me, but that was fine. Then we went for the food tasting ready to be wowed. Not at all!! They acted like it was a bother that we were there. Then our food came out poorly cooked. It was so strange. Anytime we would ask their catering manager a question it was no and that was it, it was weird. She didn't give us any alturnative. It was like she didn't want our buisness. Everyother place kissed our butts! Nice ballroom very nice, but we couldn't do a lot of things and she didn't care if we were having 200 guest and all who were planning on staying there the night of the wedding! Also, we were having there ceromony there and adding a lot of extras to our wedding. I don't get it. It was weird and the food wasn't that great. I could have got a better Filet at shoprite. Oh, nice rooms, but the sweets are like regular rooms, not very big at all.

Avoid this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/05
The interior has not been updated for decades. The location and condition of the rooms and doors suggests that it is not a safe location. The Walmart and Sam's now under construction across the street will make traffic a nightmare.
