Give This One A Second Thought

We had to check into the next door at the Holiday Inn Express because our room at Baymont was dirty & without hot water. The following day when we tried to speak with a manager, we were told he would return a call to us, it's been 4 days and no call. So, I called Wyndam Customer Support and reported the location. I also contacted the location and informed them I was planning to write reviews on AAA, Travel Velocity, BJ's Warehouse, and many others. The lady on the other end of the phone began laughing. It seems the hotel buisness for them is a laughing matter and not one of providing good customer service satisfaction. So, now I'm asking you, the past and current customers to please help in making a statement to this establishment, that as consumers, we expect good, fair, and basic customer service. It's not rocket science, My name is Dan Qualls and If I were you, I'd stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express.
