Holiday Inn Nashua, Nashua

My 90 year old grandmother could not access our rooms while we visited her. There is no handicapped accessibility on the 1st floor. When we wanted to go eat she had to be wheeled out of the building and around b/c there were only stairs to bring her up to the main floor from the "1st" floor where our rooms were. Front desk staff were impatient and rude.

Right off the bat I'm going to tell you that the maid service was horrible. Instead of taking dirty linens and cleaning them, they just gave us new clean ones, leaving the old ones. Dirty dishes were put back in the drawer. And wouldn't you know it, the last guest left their underwear under the bed. That aside, the food was subpar. Served cold and could have tasted a lot better. I will give them that the rest of the hotel was clean and nice, but overall, I wouldn't say this is a good place to stay.

Rooms are not kept up - we had cobwebs and dirty walls. About an hour after we checked in, two men came out of the hotel bar and started shouting profanity outside of our window (which spans the entire wall and has no screen). They then noticed that we were inside and were shouting at us. One of them decided to urinate all over the cars and the side of the hotel RIGHT OUTSIDE OF OUR WINDOW. We called the front desk who said that they would take care of it. No one ever came out to check, and no one followed up with us. I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. Unfortunately, all other hotels in the area were booked up that night, so we were forced to stay.

Not going back. I do not recommend the place. The entrance and hallways look very nice but when you go into the rooms, there is a lot to wish for. The sink was not well cleaned and the room look it needed some paint. The room also smelled bad! They really need to clean the carpets. I will not stay there anymore. If I knew I would have stayed at a Motel 6 or 8.

The room was damp, musty and smelly. Friends in other rooms complained about the odors too, such as smoking smells in non-smoking rooms. Convenient location, but ask to see (& smell) your room before you sign on the dotted line.
