ok
I didnt like this hotel at all. Every time we went downstairs we smelled smoke. When me and my brother went to the arcade, parents were SMOKING in the arcade! I went to the buffet and it was OVERPRICED and the food was good, but i was only full for an hour afterwards. the carpet in the room we stayed in was DESCUSTING ! Stains were everywhere! And on my pillow was BLOOD! and the TV had noooooo good channels! And it was on part of the strip where nothing was there! We had to take a bus all the way over to Excaliber and Luxor and others. It could have been worse, but i will never stay tthere again!

Dirty & Rude Employees
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/24/09
Window was FILTHY!!! Had to ask maid for plastic bag for ice bucket on 2nd day. 3rd day left a note asking for several since I use them as an ice pack for knee swelling. NO BAGS LEFT AT ALL!!! Called housekeeping took 45 minutes to get someone to the room. (He was VERY POLITE & apolegtic said the MAIDS were LAZY and couldn't read ENGLISH!!! Still doesn't explain why at least one bag wasn't left each day, DUH!! An elevator broke down was out of order for 12 hours luckily it was stuck at first floor! On check-in crowd was overwhelming! Dumb foreigners 12 to 15 in a group all standing in line with all their luggage! Anyone with a brain would think to tell them to have some who weren't checking in to go to the side and take all the luggage with them. The check-in person I got made me stand an extra 5 minutes and wait because I walked up a few seconds before she called me (even told me I was going to wait because I came too soon) I had on knee braces carried a cane and had already stood in line for over 20 minutes which causes me severe pain!! Food at buffet is cheapest on strip YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Due to handicap lane I was second to get food for supper all of the carved meats were COLD! Lemon pie was tasteless! No one says Your Welcome if you say Thank You! Thank God I am getting old this was my worst trip ever to Las Vegas. Employees are all RUDE, most people are rude. If you got the bucks to go to Vegas do NOT stay at Circus Circus!

not worth the money!!
By Darlene, 10/19/09
we planned a last minute trip to vegas, and this was the cheapest we could find. i hated it. my dad warned me about the heavy smoke smell but i still went on to book it. he was right, the moment u walk in it reaks of heavy smoke up until the point it drives u crazy! there are no coffee shops, no starbucks no mcDonalds no nothing. their gift shop that sells alcohol is ridiculous almost $20 for 2 Corona 40oz bottles! no choice since there is no near stores. the rooms were clean to my surprise very neat, and although we got the newly remodeled room it was still in great need for remodelation. the annoying things were that the toilets flush VERY loud, the kind that are used in public restrooms. The piping must be very old, because i can hear each time the people next to us would turn on their water. the walls are thin. i can hear people giggling and talking, and taking showers. the carpet had stains and was filthy, the wallpaper was yellowing. and our room faced the adventuredome and we can hear the motors working all day and night. our room was also to the very end of the hallway not much of a walk, so we didnt hear alot of people walking. their tequila sunrise was very good, but that was another problem trying to find a decent bar. most of their bars closed early there was only one open by midnight. since it is really far from the attractions we had to keep paying cabs, since we carpooled with friends, never again wasted too much money on cabs, and got tired from long walks. everything in the casino was far and too crowded. oh and hardly any food shops. wont stay here again.

Nice Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/24/05
Hotel had big rooms, big beds. Very busy with children, long check-in line on Friday nights. Buffett was decent, breakfast was the best. Would stay at this hotel again!

Good value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/11/05
The price was right. My younger daughter and I enjoyed the clean room and the many entertainment opportunities within the complex, itself. I would recommend highly and we all need to walk more to get to other facilities and headliners, if needed.

Las Vegas Fun!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/17/06
I have been to Vegas a few times, and each time I had stayed at Circus Circus. I love that place, it not only has floors with gambeling on it, but it also has floors with arcades and games for children to play. The buffet was awsome and the people were very wonderful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. It's fun and exciting.

never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/7/07
Roaches on the breakfast table, cold eggs and chilled coffee. Vandals running through the lobby and no security in sight. Every thing in your room is bolted down. But one lucky guest was able to liberate a mirror from the hall. Rooms were nasty. Beds were Mandalay bay rejects. Wife would not go to gamble by her self after 6p.m. Long check in lines and poor customer service.

Hotel of choice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/4/07
When it comes to Circus Circus, it was the best hotel because of it's location on the strip. Since my friends and I did not mind the walk to the other surrounding hotels, Circus Circus is ideal if you are more into relaxing, gaming, and checking out other hotels, stores, and resturants on the strip.
