Circus Circus Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas

Our first room had a maintenance issue due to the out dated AC unit. We then switched rooms after being there for 2 days. After relocating, we had plans to go to dinner and see a show. We left our room at 6:15 p.m. for dinner and returned after the show at 11:15. During that time we were out, someone used a pry bar to enter our room as steal $ 1500.00 worth of merchandise from it! We then moved to yet another room because of the door being messed up from the break in. The manager was very rude and only offered a BOGO dinner buffet. When we tried to speak to another manager, they only permitted us to speak with a counter person and the second manager would not even come over to speak with us about it. If safety is a top priority, I would NOT NOT NOT stay in this hotel. There are NO CAMERA's in the HALLWAYS. There is only security in the casino area's. They care strictly about the money and not the hotel guests. This hotel allow's thieves to come into their hotel rooms and rob their guests and they do NOTHING ABOUT it! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had pre-booked a double - double room, our flight landed two hours late getting in at 12 midnight, we had to wait for our room for 4.5 hours, thats 4:30 AM, it was a King room I sleep on the floor. The staff at the front desk were great, they were not getting any calls back from housekeeping. We had paid extra to stay at your hotel for the kids, we missed having them play on the rides because we needed to travel to Zion in the AM. The lobby was FULL of other families not be able to get into thier rooms too.

Me and my family went to stay there just for a bed to sleep in. The only "clean" part of the place was the adventuredome. The rest of the hotel had an awful stench. We came to check in and it took at least 30+ minutes just for the lady to say we have to wait longer for an open room. Walking into the place, its so dark and it smells in the place. not a good smell. When we finally get a room, we take the elevator, as usual, and get to the casino level. Well we have to take ANOTHER elevator to access our floor. It's a maze in that hotel you have to jump through hoops to find the elevator to the elevator to the pool. Inconveniently, i had to take a shower at that filthy place. The shower, of course, doesn't work and the tub fills with water EVEN THOUGH the drain is open! the drain. of course, is clogged, just like the sink. We only stayed at Circus Circus 2 out of the 8 days we were there because we drove to AZ. When we came back to the hotel, our TV remote was missing...we call the desk and they say they'll send one up. Hour later, no remote. Call again, say theyll send one up...no remote again...call once more and finally they sent a stupid remote up. Most of the other guests at the place didn't speak english and the staff had very strong accents making it hard to understand what they're saying. When we went to check out, the line was impossibly long. It took maybe 20 minutes just to wait in line because other people in front of us had no idea how to check out.

I LIKE THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN DISLIKE MAYBE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A SMALL EATING PLACE TO GO IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO GRAB SOMETHING TO EAT I WOULD STAY CIRCUS CIRCUS THEN ANY OTHER HOTEL

WORST HOTEL EVER !!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!! EVER HERE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, WELL THIS IS NO EXCEPTION. When we parked in valet, and returned in 15 minutes the car was open and dead, we told the casino to call roadside and then would not i know from then on it would just be down hill, the took 1 hour after i called roadside for them to show up they couldnt fix it had to then call a tow truck and send it to the shop, this took over 3 hours outside in the cold what a great start very poor , then has problems with the casino pitboss being very dissrespectful towards me, then one of the dealers when i tried to give her a tip she said its ok you keep that and was very nasty , buffet was very poor also, the whole hotel smells really bad along with the rooms with very bad TVs ans smelly AC then had another problem with the casino last night were me and my G/F were better our avg. $ 30 a had for 2 weeks and now the guy on her left waved his hand to stay againist a 2 showing and the dealer pulled his card and he said what are you doing and she just kept going like nothing was wrong and she would have busted i called the pitboss over and hehad to check the cameras and 15 min. later they over rulled it and kept our money, '''''NOT RIGHT AT ALL, I AM FILEING A LAW SUIT OVER THIS IT WAS AT 5:55am on Oct. 19, just too many problems to list hope this was helpfull and remeber stay away if you want to enjoy your vacation !!

My ipod got stolen from the room and found out door lock did not working properly, even door were shut and pull to secure, just lift handle up and push door were open without keycard. Hotel decline any responsible said this is NV law.

The experience did not get off to a great start with the check in line extending out of the door. It took over 30 minutes to get to the desk. At the desk I asked for a room with a view, and got one of the wall of the hotel opposite. We were given vouchers for meals and drink, and these were not honoured at the hotel. We would not repeat this experience, and given the choice of hotels in Vegas, would go elsewhere.

Upon arrival, it was not clear on where to go to check in. Then once at the check-in line, it took 40 minutes to check into the hotel. I have 2 young kids with me, and I find this to be very unthoughtful of the hotel. Upon arriving at our room, there was 2 large bags of trash in front of our room. I called the front desk and housekeeping 3 times that night, and finally once the following morning to have them come clean up the hallway. Then upon returning that next night, there was several wet towels left in the hallway across from our room. We had to call the front desk 3 more times to get the hallway cleaned up.. The elevators were always dirty, especially in the morning with popcorn and trash as we left the room for breakfast. If you want to eat during off peak hours, you are out of luck. The only think open is the fast food concessions and snack bars. None of the restaurants or buffets are open during off peak times. For me to believe that this is a family hotel was far off. I am very disappointed in the hotel and hope they can fix these issues so other guest can have a pleasurable experience.

very rude valet parkers, hotel room had cigarrette ashes in the sink upon check in, chairs had burn holes and the sheets as well. forget about good quality food here. The buffet is way over priced, the food taste like elementary cafeteria food. The other restaurants like rockin rita's and the blue iguane had this same food standard. the only reason to stay at this hotel is if you can get a room for $20/night and you have kids.
