1 reviews for 1st Inn Alliance, Alliance
A last resort only
By Bone, 07/10/07
We stayed here as we had a positive experience 8 years ago. Our room was filthy...dust encrusted air conditioner, stained carpets, dead flies around edge of room and even in the coffee pot. Big double bathroom sink was nice...but the bathroom was grungy. Turns out this place is used by construction outfits and the BNSF railroad to house crews for overnight jobs....owners were not interested in trimming our bill due to the dirty conditions. breakfast was bad - the west way once had a great restaurant attached, but that went under with new ownership. Luckily an OK, locally owned restaurant (Ken and Dales) is available a few miles to the east. We checked in at 11 p.m., left by 9 a.m. Beds were comfortable. Only recommended if the other hotels in town are full! Without a major rehab, we will never again grace the doorstep of the West Way.
