Best Western Villager Courthouse, Lincoln

I liked the hotel but there were a few things that need to be updated. The shower, not sure what that was, there was air coming out of the shower head and that made it mist instead of stream out like a normal shower, it also messed with the curtain and made it wave around and stick to you making it very difficult to take a decent shower. The pool was nice but needs to be updated. The carpet in our room was AWEFUL!! We had a 10 month old and she needed to crawl around, we let her and she ended up getting all black from the floor!! GROSS!! I could also see stains on the carpet!! I wouldn't even walk on it barefoot!! The continental breakfast was a joke, all it consisted of was juice and a muffin on a seran wrapped tray.

This hotel appeared to be a very nice place from the website and some of the reviews. Our family learned very quick that what you see and what you get are two totally different things. Upon arriving at the hotel and entering our room we noticed that the carpet was FILTHY!! It appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time. Talked to another customer and her poor babies feet was black from crawling on the carpet so obviously they do not care about cleaning the floors. If you are looking for a fun filled evening though this would be the place for you. We were woke up by a swarm of police officers banging on the door of a room a little ways down from us. Apparently wanted criminals had rented a room for the night. I wouldnt let my dog stay in this hotel. Do yourself a favor and back away from it as well..

We loved the Villager. We need someplace to stay that is not exhorbitantly expensive, the Villager has so much charm and individuality with it's outdoor gardens. The rooms were nicely decorated and outfitted well for our stay. Nice to have a centrally located option without the chain mentality and the hordes of soccer families coming and going at all hours. Breakfast was great!

I loved the place the staff where great, the location was great, my room was nice and clean, i had clean towels and sheets every day, so i am going back all the way from England.

I LIKED THE EXPERIANCE I HAD THERE TILL A MAINTANENCE GUY WHO DID NO EVEN WORK FOR THE HOTEL JUST AT THE HOTEL STARTED TO RUN HIS MOUTH.
