Super 8 Billings Mt, Billings

Checked in requested a room with 2 beds got a room with 1 bed! It was 12:00am when we got to the hotel and night clerk could not help. Did not know how to move us to a room with 2 beds although they were available. So had 4 people in a room with 1 bed and desk clerk offered rollaway and we accepted. he then called the room to sat they had non! We were on 1st floor under the stairs with teenagers running up and down them all night. The walls are paper thin we could hear people coughing in the hall and converstion that sounded like the people were in our room.We complained to front desk about the kids but the noise continued. No sleep for us that night! Was moved to a room with 2 beds and when i took our bags up to the room there was 2 seperate piles of dog poop in the hall. The maid carts were still in the hall so i figured they would get it. We get back to the room after the rodeo about 11:00pm and the dog poop is still in the hall but all the halls were dirty. We get into the room and ready for bed disgusted to take our shoes off and walk across the stained crunchy carpet! We pull back the sheets and there is a nasty stain on the sheets. We call front desk to change the sheets at 11pm! The stain was made after the bed was made because it went through both sheets, matress pad, and to the matress. We asked for compenstaion but was told there was nothing they could do about it???? We left feeling dirty, itys and like we had been robbed of a good nights sleep and the rate of the room.

Very Nice. Lobby, hallways and room was very clean. The shower was good. Very good continental breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful. we upgraded from one bed to two with no problem and only a slight upcharge.

After sitting in a car for 13 hour i was hoping to come to a clean room but it was gross. There was no towels, the pillows were dirty, there was no soap or shampoo/conditioner. We got a smoking room that did not have an ashtray but the room did not smell like smoke so that was something nice.

I have stayed in Super 8 motels before so I know what to expect. This place however was a dismal failure. The first thing I noticed was that the place was dirty and had not been updated since the 1980s. Half the lights in my room did not work. There was NO toilet paper. You had to slam the door to make it shut. In three days the room was cleaned once. Someone swiped my "do not disturb" sign. And the elevator was busted by the second day. Oh yeah, the AC worked at 50%. I am supposed to return at the end of the week but I found a place called "Sleep In" motel down the road for the same price that was clean and modern. Needless to say I am staying there. Stay away and shop around. This place has massive balls to charge what they do considering the competition all around them.

This room had the best shower I've encountered in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room fairly quiet. For the money, by far the best value around. The Super 8 internet always works flawlessly, and this was no exception. TV didn't have many channels, but i would definitely stay here again. It's next door to a commercial trucking place, and that was a little bothersome early the next morning.
