I tried to make a phone reservation but the person I talked to was rude and disrespectful. Needless to say he lost our business!

DO NOT STAY HERE WITH PETS!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/22/11
My fiance, dog, and I were supposed to stay here for three days. When we arrived in our room it REEKED of animal urine/feces and there were stains all over the linens and carpet. I nearly vomited and we asked the woman at the front desk if there were any other pet-friendly rooms available. There was another room available which didn't smell so bad I wanted to vomit but it still smelled atrocious. We had to cut the stay short because of how disgusting the hotel was. When we left all of our luggage smelled of the urine and feces left behind by other pets. Within 4 hours of leaving my dog had developed a severe clostridium difficile infection which nearly killed her. The vet said she likely got the infection from the filthy hotel room and after nearly $300 in vet bills she was fine. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS!!! I don't want any other animal to have to go through what my dog did. This place (at least the pet-friendly rooms) was the most disgusting hotel imaginable!

Great value!

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, free wifi, and a large room with a comfortable bed. What more can you ask for?

was not impressed
By KJ, 5/12/11
First off I noticed pet stains all down the hallway to my room, there was not fridge or microwave in my room, there was garbage under my bed, rappers and such. my remote for my tv did not work and it took 2 times of asking before I got one that worked. It took two times of asked for them to fix the smoke alarm that was chirping next door for 2 days. We had a drunk rugby team staying 2 door down first night and they were so load the cops had to be called. All the garbage cans around the hotel were overflowing with garbage the whole time I was there, for 3 days. It was older decor inside needs to be updated, I think it was priced too high for the room. will not stay again unless I have to.

The Best
By John, 7/13/06
The stay at Broadway Inn was very pleasant. From the nice rooms, the pool and hot tub, the casino, the sports bar and grill, the great daily breakfast, all was in great order. Best thing was the staff. From the front desk people, to housekeeping, maintenance, food service staff and all others associated with the Inn. A fine place to stay and I and my family will return again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
By JenL, 8/9/05
Although the accomodations were fine and what was expected for the price, we were very dissatisfied with the customer service we received. There were several issues, one of which was a housekeeper entering with only one knock and when we had not checked out. Nobody apologized for anything that happened, and when we were told someone would call us about a specific issue noone ever did. I feel that customer service is vital, and therefore would not recommend this hotel.

Service Excellent
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/2/05
We arrived very late at night and they made sure we had everything we needed including a pizza. She even gave us a rate cheaper than what we had been quoted on line. Nice place, I would recommend.

WILL GO BACK . A +
By TonyM, 5/12/05
Location is great and parking free. Short ten blocks to downtown. Renovations complete. Just felt very clean. new carpets in common areas etc. Obvioulsy taken care of. Large rooms. I was surpsied how large. All new furnishings. No nasty surprises with regards to the beds or linens. The bathroom was modern and clean. Again no nasty surprises. Hotel offered coupons and discounts. This is a great deal. Great place to stay. I will go back.

Near the Banks of the Clark Fork River....all I saw was a crematorium
By KayC, 4/18/04
Having tried to find reviews on this hotel and finding none, I decided to write the first one having spent the night there last night. First of all, it says "Near the banks of the Clark Fork River". Well, all I saw was the funeral home and crematorium which was on the other side of the parking lot. Looking directly out my room window I saw an industrial site with concertina wire, although in the background there were mountains. But the concertina wire caught my attention. Looking to the right less than a few hundred feet was the crematorium. The smokestack sticking up in clear view. I requested a non-smoking room. Yet the hallways reeked of smoke. Also there was a huge almost urn looking thing by the entrance door where people were allowed to smoke. Needless to say my allergies went into overdrive. My eyes hurt, my lungs hurt and it made me very tired. There is no exhaust fan of any kind in the bathroom although there is a performated metal cover over a hole in the wall. The newly remodeled room had carpet pulling away from the bathroom door trim. The floor was still old tile which I stared at wondering if they had made sure there were no mold spores before deciding to leave it in. There was a new tv and entertainment center, although very limited in the channels you could receive. Many of them were snowy and you couldn't watch them. The garden-like setting of the courtyard is a stretch of the imagination. The pool and hot tub are enclosed by a fence back in the corner of the parking lot. I know because in an attempt to find a way out of the lot without going by the busy intersection where I almost got hit the first time, I drove the other direction around the back of the hotel. NO SIGN saying dead end or as they call it "garden-like setting of the courtyard". The front desk clerk was pleasant enough. We didn't see anyone else.
