I will never stay there again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/21/10
There was dirty towels in the room, old left over food in the refrigerator, sticky stuff on the counter tops, and one of the pillow cases clearly was not changed, and had a big stain on it. When I told them, they seemed not to care.

Smelly and Dumpy
By Christopher, 5/13/09
We arrived and there were 3 people working the front desk. We were the only ones checking in. We asked if they had a baggage cart we could use to bring our luggage up to our room. One of the three desk folks pointed and said you'll find them on the east side of the building. It took us a good 10 minutes to find one. I can't figure out why someone didn't just bring one over to us since the carts were quite well hidden from public view. When we arrived at our King Suite room ($169.00) it had a horrible stench, even worse than the hallway stench, but not as bad as the elevator stench. I swear someone threw up in their earlier that day. Our smelly room was equally dumpy. I opened the curtains and discovered there was no window, instead it was an aged yelow plastic fake window. The rest of the decor was equally gross. To the credit of the staff working, when I went downstairs and told them the room was smelly, dirty, and ugly, they were very apologetic and gave us another room that they said had been recently remodeled. It did not stink and was not dirty. The room didn't have the jet stream tub the other room had, but it did have two rooms. The decor was a bit low scale..I think the furniture is from Hotel Liquidators and the large screen TV that comes with the room is an old JVC model on wheels that's over 10 years old and very fuzzy. No HDTV in this hotel. I think the only attraction for folks who don't have a skanky smell fetish is the casino and large outdated atrium style pool room. The only good thing about this dump is that the staff are very polite.

Great for teams
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/1/08
A great place for teams to stay. The atrium was a great place to sit and visit without being in someone's room. Close to the arena. If you want quieter rooms you should stay on the outside level. No complaints!

We go every year.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/6/07
The only complaint I have about this hotel is that every year the pool is way too cold. We always mention it at the front desk but same thing when we get there the next year. Far too cold for anything other than swimming laps and the pool is not really designed for that. And considering it is mid November when we go a few extra degrees wouldn't hurt anyways....

Stay somewhere else
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/10/07
Old, dated, smelly place. Room was nice size but lacked ammenities and the room smelled. Pool area was outdated, dark, with peeling paint and no towels. Business center had one outdated computer and no printer paper. No breakfast.

not your average best western
By tw, 1/31/07
this hotel doesnt feel like a big box. it is very spacious and pleasing to the eye. everything you want is there, a casino/ sports bar, a restaraunt, gift shop, and an awesome pool/ spa. I was there in 2004 and in 2005. we had a few malfunctions, but the maintenance staff took care of our problem with prompt and professional attention. apparently the tv would not turn on as it was plugged into a switched outlet. i was embarassed but the maintenance person name of todd helped me not feel dumb for the misshap. if there was something i needed the staff alwayse had a solution. ill never stay anywhere els when im in great falls.you got to see it for yourself.

One of the better places in town.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/11/07
I travel for bussiness quite a bit. Having put on several trainings here, and staying here numerous times I feel comfortable vouching for the Heritage Inn. It is certainly no 5 star hotel, rather your standard hotel. I believe it is the largest hotel in the area.

Great place to stay
By Dena, 8/3/05
My husband and I stayed at this hotel while in town for a wedding in the summer of 2005. We enjoyed our stay very much. The service at the front desk was very polite and fast. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space. This hotel is located near the airport and was a quick drive to everywhere we went for all the wedding events. The air conditioning unit went out while we were there our first night. They moved us rooms and apologized profusely. The Willow Creek Steakhouse is right off the lobby and is a great place to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There was a casino and sports bar right off the lobby as well as a gift shop. This hotel felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

Its about BW Heritage Inn...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/25/04
Its so clean, smell great like home, even it has their own TV stand, unlikely other motel.. Rooms look bigger and more room to walk around. I stay there for a week and we love it so much.. It has everything, swimming pool, casino, restraunt, etc...
No wonder its very well expensive, but its worth it!
