Hilton St. Louis Airport, St Louis

This is a pretty hotel. We paid 40 dollars a night on Priceline, but because we needed 2 beds they added 20 dollars to our bill. This has never happened before. We had 2 rooms, and we asked that they be at least on the same floor. They said they couldn't do it. I did not believe them-if Priceline accepted our bid the day before then I doubt they were full. We stayed for 2 nights, but housekeeping had not shown up by 830pm. I called the desk, and she acted like it was my problem. About 45 minutes later a housekeeper did come. In my mom's room-she had the same problem, plus no toilet paper! The water pressure was very weak-and mom's shower had a loud squeal when in use. Beds were not comfortable in either room. Very hot rooms too. They did have nice towels and nice toiletries. The pool was chilly, and they have no hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, but extremely expensive. I will say that most of the staff were incredibly friendly and considerate-a definite plus! But I don't think we will be back....

I was delighted with my parkstayfly experience at the Hilton. Great room, wonderful gourmet meal with a great wine, helpful and friendly staff, free parking for my trip. The airport shuttle was punctual and easy, the driver very helpful. I'll definitely do it this way again.

The online price was a great deal. the room was very clean and nice.But with $10 per day parking, $13 breakfast per person, $10 internet per day. it is no longer a deal. I ll be back only if I am comming from the airport.

The Lobby has too too many places with a few steps. The Hotel lobby requires serious manuevering...especially if you have luggage with wheels or someone in a wheelchair. One complete set of elevators was broken...so we had to walk even further. Not convenient to places to eat -- you need a car to really enjoy the stay.

Our Hilton stay was pleasant. the room was comfortable and the the rooms' temperature adjusted when we wanted it to. however, the bathtubs in both of our rooms could have used a cleaning. One was cracked and the other had black stains and the water wasn't drained properly. also, there was no exhaust fan so smells lingered. Two of the pillows were also not the cleanest. there was a hefty parking fee of $10.00 per day. It was convinient to go to the airport, but in order to find a decent restaurant or fast food joint or grocery store, you needed to travel at least 10-15 miles on the highway. The lobby was nice and staff helpful. Business center and fitness room very nice.

The bed was so lumpy, sleeping was uncomfortable. In the evening when everyone is take a shower you know it. There was no vent fan in the bathroom and the smell would linger in the room for awhile.( You know how your stomach can mess with you when you are on vacation. ) There are huge gaps under the doors. You can hear people in the adjacent rooms. For a Hilton it was very disappointing. Looks aren't everything. When I stay in a hotel I am generally looking for a comfortable evening and a good nights sleep. They only give you two towels for drying. You will have to call for extra towels.

I would like to highly recomend the Hilton for their park and ride service to the airport, a very accommodating and friendly staff, no waiting service is fantastic!! The rates can't be beat especially if you have AAA. Two thumbs way up!!!

We got a very good rate on two rooms through an on line booking site. One room had ripped carpet and a cracked sink. They charge you for parking and for high speed internet while other hotels nearby don't. It all added up and we would not stay there again.

We were very dissapointed with our stay at the Hilton St.louis Airport Hotel. The rooms had not been well kept and it was falling apart.All the vending machines on our floor did not work and they posted things on the website and around the hotel that were no longer availble to the customers.

Minutes from the airport and rental cars. Close drive to downtown. Nice lobby. Breakfast buffet conveniently located.
