Yuck!
By biker, 08/26/08
While traveling with a friend for a week we stayed at several hotels, but this was by far the biggest disappointment. We took the recommendation of the lady at the cave when she told us this was the cleanest place in town, but after seeing the room we have to wonder how much she gets paid to say that. The beds were comfortable enough, but the furniture looked as if if was twenty years past when it should have been replaced. The bathroom was definitely something out of the 1970's. The carpet was so stained that we couldn't believe they had to nerve to rent the room. There was a fridge in the room which was nice, but this was pretty much a dump otherwise. The woman at the front desk had a christian program blaring on the tv when we were trying to check in. I can only hope that caused her to be so confused. She told us a price, then told us we could have a discount, then said that she quoted us the wrong price and that it would be higher. Then she had to ring it up several times before she got it, and we could only hope that we weren't charged all those times. This hotel was $20 higher than any place else we stayed during the trip, but it reminded me of a hotel that would rent the rooms out at weekly rates to people down on their luck. We also asked for extra towels because we both wanted two, and the woman at the front desk told us the room had plenty instead of giving us extra. The pool looked nice, but we can't be sure since it was locked while we were there.

Not worth the price and not a family environment!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/23/07
This place was ok with cleanliness but the pictures are still not of this place! To make a long story short--it's not a place you would want to bring your family to. We slid a chair up under the door knob for added safety.

Crakced out roach motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/18/06
This place was filthy dirty the pictures they have to view are not of the hotel we were at. It was so bad we demanded out money back. The room had trash in the floor and roaches all scatered when the light came on. The toilet looked like it was out of a travel trailer, and the bathroom smelled like urine and I do not think it had been cleaned in a long time the tub was about half the size of a normal bath tub.We caught the night employee trying to check ut the inside of our car. They then tried to put us at the ecno lodge across the street, same owner, we had paid for two beds it had one bed when we brought this to their attention they gave us a key to another room. when we tried to unlock the door and go in it was already occupied. the desk clerk had already told us he wasnt going to put us in a certain room because it stunk. After all this we got money back and went else were.
