Good location, not consistent with service

I actually have enjoyed my stay, but when I encountered a problem with obtaining a 1.50 bottle of water from a machine, the employee left something to be desired. There is nothing wrong with the rooms, I know it is an older hotel and did not expect a mini-fridge, but would have liked one. When I checked in, was greeted with great enthusiam, tonight, I think the girl wanted to be somewhere else. Invest in your employees! They will return what you give....
