Older But Great!

Like other reviewers, yes, the place is a bit dated. Felt very 70's and 80's like, but we had the best time there with our 17 month old son! There were so many things to do that we stayed at the resort almost the whole time. Kids from 0 - 99 were having a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was decent and very large! We went to the resort to have fun, not sit in our room and look at the wood paneling. We had a blast and will be going back next summer!

Not worth the money

The rooms are very outdated and a little shabby. We paid extra for a suite which was a long walk from the lobby and the pool through cold hallways. The switch for the bathroom light also turned on the fan which was loud and annoying. It is difficult to make reservations, you can't reserve a room online - we were staying for a hockey tournament and had to complete several forms just to make a reservation. Would not stay there again.

Awesome place

I love Craguns, i've been going there with my family for 6 years. Rooms are a little old but nice. Lots of events to do with families! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous! Great Marina with free canoe rental. Good place for a family reunion

CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC+++++++++++ it was a ok place to stay. The rooms are a little out dated But is a little high priced but over all it was ok would go back loved the spa

Family loved it

Even thought the rooms weren't 5 star, my family had a great time with the spectacular service and food--plus, you can't beat the location on Gull! Rooms were outdated, but it made it easy to relax with kids--not having to worry about them ruining anything. We will be back

We stay at the Cragun's from the 14th to the 17th. We had 3 rooms with fireplace. The rooms were ok with just few things like curtains not working properly or missing screws. The overall look was quite old. We had SPA packages but the SPA was only open on Saturday! Even if the desk gave us new menus every day, the restaurant was NOT open during week days! same for the bar! The satff was awful, not helpful at all and we heard several times complains from staff about the managment... This is a great location, quite old design (everything is in dark wood) but it doesn't worth the price we paid.
