wonderful place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/10/11
We heard some ugly stories about Victory Inn & Suites but that was after we had checked in on a Thursday Morning after driving in from Denver Colorado and was very tired. Much to our surprize we found the Hotel to be clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool at all but breakfast was good. I would stay there again. The rates was very personable also. It was just me and my Husband. I'm sure it would be a great place for a family as well. You can't always go by what someone say, it's just there opino, " and they are entitled." Find out for yourself. ENJOY

will never go again
By RACHAEL, 9/7/10
tubs were moldy, pool was freezing, coffe pot was not cleaned from previous people, trash under beds from previous people, when they cleaned they took our used towels and soap but did not give replacements. first room (before we asked for second room) fridge was not working proper and tub was moldy. back "security" door did not lock. staff was rude and would not give us info on manager. did not honor sign that was uncovered before weekend was over (stay friday or saturday and sunday half price) said it was not honored until summer was officially over.

A nice place to stay.
By paulairec, 8/13/09
This hotel was not bad. It was the second hotel I stayed at and they offerred so much. They Had free wireless internet, free complimentary breakfast and free sauna and pool access. The rooms were a bit dirty, but not that much. Only the floor was. The beds were nice queen beds and they say It was good for 5 people, but to fit 5 people you needed to get a 20 dollar cot. The elevators were somewhat odd because you kind of had to rig them to make them run. For instance, This one elevator you needed to turn the 3 on it right side up for it to run. Total: Good.

Never Again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/17/09
This place was nasty! Didn't feel clean (or look clean for that matter) and the pool was terrible! Beds were very uncomfortable and I can sleep just about anywhere. The phone was unplugged and the front of the air conditioner was falling off. Totally disappointed.

I was pleasantly suprized with the improvements this hotel has done. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the pool was great! Nice breakfast too! The location is perfect for Muskegon so we will be back in the summer for sure!

A Note from Fire and Rain Ministries
By Prophetess, 2/24/09
I have used the Victory Inn and Suites for over a year on a monthly basis. The staff has always been courteous and accommodating. My guests that have stayed there have been treated very well. This is the hotel I recommend to my guests when they fly in for conference and meetings. There have been several upgrades to the facility since I have been using it for meetings. I have no complaints.

Wisconsin Guest

The room was comfortable for the price and the continental breakfast was good. I would recommend anyone wanting a clean, comfortable room for less than $100.00 stay here.

not bad...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/28/07
Don't know what all the commotion is about. My family of six has stayed there several times when coming home to visit relatives and we've never had any problems. I'm sure it's not the good old Ramada Inn from days of old but it suited our family and our budget just fine. I agree...give them a break! :)

Not worth a dime
By Angela, 8/10/07
We stayed one night and went running out the door that next morning, we had people knocking on our door at 3am wanting to party, Called front desk, they did nothing, cops came and finally got everything settled. After the people were screaming at the police. Fights in the hallway, And when we left the staff was very rude. I would sleep in my car before stay here again, i may have been safer there!

Don't expect anything great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/14/07
OK, so a group of 6 of us went for State Tournaments and had several choices of hotels to choose from and we picked this one. It was an ok hotel if you are just going there to sleep and nothing else. One of our rooms only had air conditioning and no heat, 6 channels on the tv and the remote didn't work - that was no big deal. After one night they did move them into another room. The other two rooms were fine. Bathroom area is a little small, but everything worked. The elevator was a little scary and I always took the stairs. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but not great. There is not a hot tub and the pool was ok although we never did go in it. I probably would not stay in that hotel again, not that it was a bad experience, but I know there is something better there. Not a great area either. Couple of places to eat and a Rite aid and Walgreens.
