Campus Inn, Ann Arbor

The hotel was great. The room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. The service was great. I would stay here again.

Location is fine, but Service and personel is very very bad. You can't find a glass to drink. The desk person is just halpless - she justt say ' ohhhh We know but it is normal .......' then nothing changes. I'll never choose this hotel again.The aircondition in the lobby turn off at 23:00 and the rooms have very bad air.Saturday night was terrible noisy. The desk manager is probably from middle east origin; when we asked for a taxi, he always calls guys with dirty and very expensive car service. They charged us $65 for a trip to the airport and the driver told us that they are on contract with the desk. The food is very expensive and it is much better if you go to some of the nearby restaurants.

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. When we checked in our TV in our room didn't work, called the front desk and it was taken care of within 5 min. Location is great too, lots to do around the area. Everything is within walking distance so you dont have to pay for parking. The only thing about this hotel is I dont think the price we payed was right for the room, but with its location, I will stay there for sure next time I am in Ann Arbor.
