Bad place
By Jon, 11/17/09
This place just opened up and it was dirty and the help was rude, pool was not open and the place has a bad smell to it. Stay away, far away from this place. The rate is low but that is just to get you in the door.

clean nice rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/11/06
we and our 2 kids enjoyed this motel over others for the fact of the largest cleaniest pool in town. the evening cookies were well enjoyed. the rooms very clean and the staff was the greatest. greater than the super 8.

It is terrible!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/09/06
When we checked in there was such a bad smell in the halls and room (absolutely no heat in room) that we said we couldn't stay. The manager gave me back my cash payment (there was a discount for cash) and we went to a motel across the street. However when we got back home I happened to check my credit card website and there was a charge for a night's stay there (I had to give my cc number when I made the reservation). When I called to complain the manager's wife took my number and said he'd call me back, but of course, he never did. Thankfully, Visa will remove the charge. Have since learned these people are different owners than when we stayed there several years ago and they have not kept it up AT ALL! Don't even bother trying it out!

Definitely not what I expected
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/23/05
Not bad until the internet didn't work (wasn't fixed), a light bulb went out (i had to replace), no shampoo, no coffee as advertised but - there was a coffee maker in the room! The expired coffee packet, a sample pack of shampoo & a light bulb were left sitting on the outside door nob. I don't mind not having the ammenities but to charge a rate that normally includes all that is ridiculous. I am sure that there are much better and more professional hotels in the area. Don't bother with this one.

needs to be condemned!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/05
This was the worst hotel ever.We had to wait 3 hours for our room to be cleaned. Check in time was 3 and we couldn't get in until 6 o'clock at night. We booked queen rooms and got doubles. The owners tried to tell us they were oversized doubles. The bathrooms weren't cleaned. There was blood on the floor. When we brought it to their attention, they came in with just a rag a wiped it up. There was no hot water at all.Said the service man just left. There was no service man. There were ceiling tiles falling down in the halls. This place needed to be condemned! I don't know how best western can have their name on it!
