very upset with this place
when we booked the room, our daughter did for us, with her dbit card, when we got there, we told her we wanted to pay cash, we were informed because we didnt have a credit card we couldnt stay there. my daughter came down there and they informed her they would put a 10 day hold on her account till it cleared, and if she didnt have enough money on her debit we couldnt rent a room, again they denied our cash. we told her to cancel and went across the street to the days Inn whre we rented a room and paid cash with no problem. it was awesome there. very nice people at days inn. i would never recommend best western to anyone there.Since when isnt cash worth anything.what if someone was
