Description

The Westin Copley Place is located in Copley Square, approximately four miles from Boston Logan International Airport. Local attractions include Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston Common, and the Duck Tours which are all within a mile of the hotel. Hotel amenities include an on-site fitness center, indoor heated pool, business center, salon, gift shop, spa services, 24-hour room service, and an on-site car rental service. On-site dining options include Turner Fisheries Restaurant, the Huntington and Osushi. There is also an on-site Starbucks and Bar 10 which was voted Best Hotel Bar by Boston Magazine. All guest rooms include coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, hair dryer, cable, express/video checkout, a signature line of toiletries, and a series of other amenities available upon request. Rollaway beds are available at $15 plus tax fee per night.

Very solid modern luxury hotel

Excellent and friendly service the minute we got out of the cab. Wait staff, whether it be restaurant or room service, were always jovial. Great room layout and fantastic views from the higher floors. I would definately stay here again though as a general rule I try to stay at old hotels like the Copley Plaza next door which is an excellent hotel.

Super duper hotel

A bit pricey... but what a fabulous hotel. If you have to save your hard earned income so you can splurge for a day, this is where you want to stay!

Perfect

I have stayed at the Westin Copley Place three times, and have not been let down. Location: excellent location, close to Prudential Center, Back Bay, Newberry Street (fine shopping and restaurants), the T. The mall is connected to the hotel, and has just about every store imaginable, and if it doesn't, Newberry Street is 2 blocks away. The Hotel: the rooms were decent sized with a large bathroom. Our room over-looked the Charles River. Westin has the oh so comfy Heavenly Bed, and a great shower head. Front desk staff is friendly and knowlegeable about the area. Cons: Parking, close to forty bucks a day, but that's mandated by Boston, not the hotel. It is the standard charge for any public parking. The only other potential problem that some may have is that Westin Hotels are now smoke free.

location, location, location and awesome employees best beds in the city can't beat the view when ya wake up turner fisheries has great yet interesting dishes to peak even the interest of the most diserning diner

Outstanding Service

Wonderful service, fun restaurant and extremely comfortable room. The front desk staff was exemplary - went above and beyond, always with a smile. The location was great - could walk to most everything from here. The square across the street could be a little seedy, but hey, it's a big city - what do you expect? Highly recommend this hotel.

No surprises at this Starwood hotel. Great location, competent staff, good service, clean rooms. I got a fabulous view, but was a little disappointed by the room service and felt nickle & dimed as usual by the a la carte broadband fee. If you're looking
