High price for what you get...

The resort is absolutly beautiful as you pull in, looking at the Mansion and the grounds. However, directly behind this lies many non historic units. The condos are very nice within and very comfortable, but have a somewhat sterile feeling. The restaurant here is great, but allow plenty of time as they are really slow and they are very highly priced for dinner and for what you get. The bar is a fun place for lunch or evening drinks.
However, the name of the place is the most mispleading..."OceanEdge" as they call it is really on the Bay edge. The water is very calm, with very little beach at high tide. The sand is nice and the dunes / walkway / setting are great but the beach could be better taken care of in my mind, for what the resort costs per night. Also, when booking please be sure to tell them you do not want to be in the rooms that are located up the road, not sure what they are called, but coworkers had to be shuttled back and forth, which greatly lessens the experience and the setting. Overall, a great place just be on your toes when booking.
