Crowne Plaza Hotel, Worcester

The worst ever place we have stayed. Some of our people's car windows were smashed while parked in the paid hotel parking garage to which the management of the hotel didn't do absolutely nothing to help. Also, some of the room doors looked as if there were broken into before. There is no refrigerator in a room, ice machine is not working, no complimentary coffee to go. We stayed as a part of soccer team participating a tournament nearby and when we were socializing around the hotel pool area, a guy from the hotel came and started screaming at us, a group of parents, "No drinking in the pool area ! We will call police unless you leave right now !" And this is after seeing their indifference for our cars broken into. Not worth spending any money at this hotel. We will never ever go back there

When we went to check in, clerk asked that we not leave ANYTHING of value in our car due to the crime-ridden neighborhood. My wife accidentally left her glasses behind in the room. I called and they agreed to ship them back to us...they just put them in an envelope w/ no packing and the glasses arrived smashed. Manager was a complete jerk about it and refused to replace them.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. It was a long walk from the parking garage to the elevators, but we need the exercise anyway. They charge you $5 for parking a day, I think the parking should be included in the room charge. The rooms were nice except for the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Attended a wedding and stayed overnight. Staff is very friendly and courteous, and the wedding was fun, but the food was mediocre. The hotel is very shabby and needs updating. Would not be inclined to stay there again as it is now.

the staff at this hotel was excellent mostly all staff went above and beyond there call of duty . the restraunt menu could be a little more offering as far as the choises but I did enjoy the food

I'd have to agree, the best in Worcester. Excellent front desk staff! Knowledgable and friendly. Made me feel at home. Accomidated all of my requests and gave me a great room on the 'quiet' floor. The beds are just a small part of the great night sleep I experienced in Worcester. A sleep CD (which I took with me) and lavendar spray for the sheets definately complimented the experience. Just wish it was closer to more shopping and restaurants. Other wise, it is the preferred stop for my Central Mass travels! If your company is picking up the bill, definately eat in the restaurant. Its excellent, but as expected a little pricey. Free Wi-Fi VERY FAST!

Had my Bridal Breakfast and all of my guests stay at this hotel for my wedding. The night of my wedding my new husband and I stayed in a suite. The staff was friendly especially Marie Lincoln! The room was modern and up date. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the suite was huge! They accomodated all of my needs the day/night of my wedding! Thanks!

Here is what we found in a few seconds in our room: hair in the sink and bathtub, a dirty glass, and a ripped up chair. We then asked for another room and when we entered the bathroom, there was hair in the sink. We then left for another hotel.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Best Western and Courtyard. Crowne Plaza was the best. Cleanliness, friendly staff. GREAT service.
