Surprised by audacity of Manager

While I can compliment the room and the continental breakfast offering I was amazed to find out that the manager of this hotel would take home with her the Boston College football tickets I had Fed Ex deliver to this hotel for my pick up. While I assume some responsibility for not addressing the package with my name I fail to understand why the manager would assume the tickets were some free gift for her. We finally retrrieved the tickets but arrived at the game only for the second half. That was disappointing but the room was nice. Thankfully our room was comped for this inconvenience.

Travelers Warning

If you plan on baithing while you are here check the tub. Tub was UNUSABLE. The finish was coming off..not small little pieces, large football size pieces of finish were missing. What was left had sharp edges and pieces of it were flaking off. Arrived late...by the time I noticed tub I had already unpacked. I skiped shower/tub. I Spoke to person at desk in morning...apparently it is not the only room with this problem....they did nothing and offered nothing. How this is rated #1 in Andover area on Yahoo I do not know. They are undergoing renovations...Fixtures may not be a problem in the future, but with the customer service I received I would not stay there again.
