Would never go back
Here is a quote from the letter we've send to management:
On October 7th we stayed at Greenfield Inn, room 118. We are very disappointed with the service provided.
Here a short list of things out of order:
- many electric sockets were not in working condition - we had to try to plug in a lamp a few times before it started to work
- shower was not working
- telephone was not working
The very room looked like...well, work in progress, not furnished completely:
- a loose wire hanging from a wall
- cleaning materials left on the floor
Indeed when we asked when was the room rented last, the answer was - "not for a month, at least".
When we complained to the receptionist about the condition of the room(shower, phone not working), receptionist just sort of shrugged shoulders.
