Room 1: noisy, paper-thin walls. bottom floor feels very unsafe with open dark parking lot outside room. Heater was too hot or not enough, super loud. No fridge or microwave or enough outlets. A large party gathered outside our door and we had to request a new room. Room 2: noisy, baby crying all night. Had fridge and microwave but toilet always had trouble flushing, bath stopper did not work, ac/heater loud. Horrible Horrible place. I wouldn't be surprised we left with some unwanted body guests.

I was completely satisfied with this hotel service!! The desk ladies were some of the nicest girls i have ever met. they were also helpful with directing me around town. The rooms were very clean, i would stay here again anytime!!!!!

Here is a quote from the letter we've send to management: On October 7th we stayed at Greenfield Inn, room 118. We are very disappointed with the service provided. Here a short list of things out of order: - many electric sockets were not in working condition - we had to try to plug in a lamp a few times before it started to work - shower was not working - telephone was not working The very room looked like...well, work in progress, not furnished completely: - a loose wire hanging from a wall - cleaning materials left on the floor Indeed when we asked when was the room rented last, the answer was - "not for a month, at least". When we complained to the receptionist about the condition of the room(shower, phone not working), receptionist just sort of shrugged shoulders.
