3 reviews for Best Western At Historic Concord, Concord
Spot on and spotless.
By robert, 09/24/09
The 3rd visit to the Best West in Concord and I had to write a review. This is an independently owned Hotel firstly, which in my opinion is why the place is impeccably clean! There is glowing pride in this Hotel, from the cookies at check-in to the very full complimentary breakfast. I actually walked around the back of the Hotel to find a flaw, maybe some discarded junk, but all I saw was beauty. The price was just fine and AAA discounts too. Papa Razzi is next door for some fun and fine Italian fare. Ample parking, clean everything and smiles from everyone...go there or be square.

The best place Ever
By Alicia, 10/10/08
I loved this hotel from the time I walked in until the time I left, I would go back any day. The service was wonderful and the staff did their best to provide me with the best experience they could. They helped with directions to historic sites, restaurants, and other activities. The housekeeping staff was unbelievably friend in giving me extra amenities. My room looked wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom had a massager in it and the view was great. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I had such a good time I stayed for 1 week.

not the "best" western
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/07
This hotel has seen better days and truly needs to be refurbished or torn down; clearly does not set a good tone for visiting this delightful town. The rooms are tired, the linens of questionable vintage and the service non existent. Keep looking!
