5 reviews for Holiday Inn Marlborough, Marlborough
Never again...
By Business Traveler, 06/20/08
I travel quite a lot for business and pleasure and I was very, very dissapointed with this property. It is in serious need of a make over. The furniture is very old. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. And although you can never completely eliminate bugs...I don't need to see them crawly around the shower. For $147.00 a night this was a very bad deal!

shortage
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/10/07
At one point there was this maid (tammy) which i personally felt bad for only because there was no towels or not enough towels for some of the people because of hockey. There was a spanish/brazillan lady who was dealing with a customer however, she did not understand and yelled down the hall way to another girl (tammy) who would understand.Well, the customer yelled at Tammy for minor mistakes & Tammy was a delightful by telling the customer ...sorry there was a shortage of towels however she would put there names on a list to bring them up right away and apologize for any inconvience.

I ENJOYED MY STAY
By Mark525, 09/08/07
I was pleasantly surprised by my accomodations. My suite was spacious and well appointed (maybe the hotel was updated since some of the earlier reviews). The location (off I-495) was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was nothing special but was free with the coupon I got at check-in. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again if in the area. Another plus was that the windows opened and on these beautiful September days fresh air could get into the rooms.

BED BUGS!!!
By Beth Ann, 07/30/07
Brought home some BED BUGS when I was there for business in June 2007. My BRAND NEW and first house is infested (every piece of furniture is BRAND NEW as well) as a result and I've already spent over $1000 in treatment so far. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

An ok place but I expect more from Holiday Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/06
This is an acceptable place to stay but did border slightly on the dingy side. The staff was good and the restaurant was fair. A nice area and my room was quiet. I may stay there again but would look elsewhere since I felt the decor needed updating. The property did not have thet bright and fresh feeling.
