I wouldn't stay here again

The a/c didn't work. The window wouldn't open. The pool was cold. The bed skirts had markers on them. I wouldn't stay here again.

Exceeded My Expectations!

Stayed here four nights. What can I say except that it was wonderful! Brand new hotel in a convenient Bostonian location. Amazingly soft beds and linens. Everything was modern, high tech and the room was superb. Very, very clean. Nice warm pool that was not overloaded with chlorine. Kind staff that was quick to help. Only downside was the breakfast. Could have been a bit more of a selection in the buffet, but they had a good chef. Nice thick walls in rooms to keep outside noise out. Bathroom was spacious enough for two at the same time. Happy place for happy people! If you're going to be traveling, whether for a long or short amount of time, to Boston/Waltham you've gotta stay here. It's worth every penny!

Mixed emotions

We called at 3pm to tell them we are arriving at 1am and would our double-queen NON smoking room would be held for us (my daughter is allergic to smoke)? Sure, they said. Wrong. Got there at 1am and the only non smoking left was one king bed. At 1am with tired kids, I had to take it. My 2 kids had to sleep on floor. Didn't even have a cot for me. To their credit, they were ready in the morning to move us to the room we reserved. What the heck is a reservation for anyway then??? Other than that the rooms were fine, they had a free PC in the Business center to check email, and gave good advice and getting around Boston. You better check in early if you stay here.
