DONT EVER GO HERE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
If you are a glass half full type of person, here are your positives: the location is close to the metro station, about a ten or 15 minute walk and their front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. That being said DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are very old and unkept. The cleaning staff in my opinion needs to be fired because it is obvious that they do not take their jobs very seriously. As soon as I walked into the room, I found a number of hair pins along with hair all over the floor. But so called kitchen, which I paid money for had a stove full of grease, and a fridge which had blood spilled inside of it!!!!!!!!!!! I called front desk to complain, but I have yet to know if the fridge has been cleaned or not. To those of you that may not care that blood was left in the fridge, I am a vegetarian so I was not pleased with having to put my grocery in a bloody fridge. But that's not the reason for this review. No, I owe it to my cockroach friend that greeted me when I opened the bathroom door. HUGE COCKROACH WITH WINGS. Thankfully he was dead already, but the wonderful cleaning ladies that Quality Inn employs took two days to move it, despite my complaints. Let me also mention that the water was disconnected in the hotel for a number of hours after a water line burst. I understand it was beyond their control, but this was the night before my graduation, and I had to wait for hours until the water was turned back on to shower and do my hair!!!!!!!! Please save your money and go to Hampton Inn further down the street which is a little more pricier but certainly not the dud that this is. The room here was so dusty I ended up getting a sinus infection. Oh and do not be fooled by the shuttle service. On the website, they dont tell you that it is only available at certain times during the day for like 3 hours. Not to mention, the half hour wait in the lobby you have until he comes. BOTTOM LINE: There is no such thing as QUALITY in QUALITY INN. It would be better if it were renamed QUEASY INN.
