Hampton Inn Hagerstown, Hagerstown

WE ONLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN, IT IS CLOSE TO GETTYSBURG, THURMONT, CHARLESTOWN AND MANY STATE PARKS. THE STAFF IS SO NICE,VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND HAPPY TO HELP WITH ANYTHING. THE BEDS ARE CLOUD 9 BEDDING AND THE BREAKFAST IS "HOT" WITH MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM(DANISHES, CEREAL, WAFFLES, YOGURT, FRESH FRUIT, OATMEAL ETC...)EVERY ROOM WE HAVE STAYED IN WAS VERY CLEAN, PLENTY OF SOFT TOWELS AND IF YOU FORGET SOMETHING THE STAFF WILL BRING IT TO YOU!ALWAYS A GREAT VISIT AND A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP!!!

This hotel is fantastic! The room we had was comfortable and clean - first rate! The bed was great and the pillows were so nice! The breakfast was plentiful (and we didn't get downstairs to breakfast until the last 20 minutes it was being served). The staff was very friendly. Much nicer than any hotel we have stayed in while visiting Gettysburg. Everything you need is at your finger tips. Great value. We will stay here again!

There was really nothing that I disliked about this hotel. It was clean and the staff made you feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. The beds were wonderful!! But the best part was the comforters that were put on the beds they made you feel very relaxed. I can not way to go back!

after having traveled across this country and stayed in MANY hamptons inn through my travels, i was somewhat surprised with this stay. the A/C unit in this room was very loud. the room in general was clean, but needs to be updated. the room was on the small side, having double beds , when i wanted queen size beds, i was given this room because at time of booking, i wanted a smoking room with a frig,, well i got a smoking room with a frig, but was told during reservations not all rooms have a frig, to find out at check in , all rooms do. i thought price was cheap , like i said after staying in many nice ones, and paying the same , this did take me by surrpise in the difference, but cna only rate this one on a scale of 1-5, this one being a 2-3 in comparison to what ive stayed in without no reservations....wil i book at this one again, no..

A large group of us are in town each year and have stayed at another hotel in the area. Do to its condition, we thought we would try to stay somewhere else. Our group decided to try the Hampton Inn. Well all I can say is everything was great! Front desk service was great! The room was all the comforts of home. Clean! Updated! Everything in the room worked! The staff was very accomadating. A bus full of young adults from a School band was in the hotel one of the nights and the staff was sure to work with their needs. Thanks for a great weekend at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown.

Great staff and service. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast is not to be missed.

New, clean, easy parking, friendly staff, tastefully decorated, nice pool, quiet room. Note, though, that the beds are doubles, not queens, so if you're sharing it with someone, those few inches difference in the mattress might make a difference. The continental breakfast was great in quality and quantity. There was even enough food for us with celiac disease (no regular bread and flour products, like bagels, muffins, toast, etc) to have a full breakfast. We had yoplait yogurt, trix cereal, fruit salad, juices, coffee (great robust coffee :), and peanut butter, honey and jelly on our own crackers. I would definitely stay here again.
