Close to my work
This is a hotel that at one time was probably one of the nicest on the east coast. The Lobby area is very fancy except for the faded, wearing carpet.
The room was pretty much just that, a room. It had a television, free wireless internet (a plus), sleep number bed that had malfunctioning controls and a bathroom. The window, facing other windows of the hotel, was dirty. No refrigerator or microwave.
They had a free breakfast buffet for hotel guests in the grill downstairs. I would have been rather ticked if I'd paid the $9.95 for it, rather limited, but since it was free, yes I ate there. Never quite open on time. In the evening, it was totally different, large portions of good food. Overall not a bad place, but not necessarily a good one, either. Glad I wasn't the one footing the bill.
