Cadillac Motor Inn, Bar Harbor

Perfectly ordinary, clean, unremarkable motel. It's on the edge of town, so you can walk into town at night (and the catch any of the island explorer shuttles, since the town green is where they all stop at), but a bit further out than other motels and hotels so its a bit quieter. Good for families, has a few units with kitchenettes and connected units. One year we had a problem with the room smelling strongly of fresh paint and other renovation issues, but i've stayed here a few times without that issue again. 4 out of 5 stars because it's a good quality basic motel, but there's also nothing special about it.
