Baymont Inn and Suites Shreveport Arpt, Shreveport

Hotel was great as I have stayed here almost every year since 1987. There are updating and improvements being made and the upkeep to the grounds are very nice. If there is anything wrong with your room you should let them know so it can be repaired as there was alot of work being done everyday for improvement. The full breakfast is the greatest, loved it! The people who run the place have been there a long time and are very friendly, helpful and outgoing. The southern houspotality is at its best here along with the old school charm! You dont know what you are missing! The room rates are very affordable for a family and the kids had a wonderful time! We were even able to bring our family pet-our shih tzu! Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. We stayed for 2 weeks! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has pets or kids and want a nice place to stay for a reasonable price! I will be back again! Thanks again to the great staff!

This hotel is great for your $$$$ the staff was friendly!! Free drink in the lounge!! Outstanding breakfast buffet, the rooms were clean and updated!! My husband and I will be back!!!

my family and i stayed at this hotel and we had a great time , the people were so nice ,we loved the lounge and had complimentary drinks and breakfast!!! the hotel is older but the rooms were clean and very large the grounds are pretty and they have a pool,spa and basketball goal we will be back!!!!!!

We were there for a funeral in March .The bathroom tiles were cracked,paint peeling carpet dirty,patio door hard to open and when you did get it opened you faced an unkept lawn with trash . I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy....The room cost us over $130. a night ,if you like motel 6 you will love this over priced dump.

there were ants in the bathroom, our concern was we did not wish to take any accidently home with us. The room was so-so, my wife didn't care for the planes buzzing the unit all night, we were only a block from the airport. There were no resturants nearby except for the Affle house ( this was not a typo ), they had ants also. must have been related to each other.

The rooms facing the back parking lot are terrible. The carpet is full of stains, carpeting on outside stairs was deterriorating and some stairs had none at all....the concrete underneath was crumbling. Didn't look any too safe! Housekeeping was great the first day, after that didn't bother to remove dirty dishes or coffee pot. Couldn't get any response from front desk and took 6 hours for housekeeping to respond to our call. Would definately not recommend this hotel.
