horrible
By ereitag, 12/30/08
I arrived at night and there was no valet, noone to help with luggage, drunks outside, beer bottles everywhere and cig butts and trash. Loud music from the club and drunks in the lobby. No coffee pot in the room and no microwave. If you have class don't stay here. The breakfast was good.

I would stay in another room,
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/23/07
Room service was great... the restruant was awesome...a great breakfast buffet. However, the suit we got was very disapointing. We booked rm number 1314, a suit with a huge hot tub, kitchenette, livingroom, roomy bathroom. It apeared cleaned, until I found a massive amount of mildew in the closet, along with a soaking wet rug. A coffee maker that didn't work very well, no spoons to stir the cream in the mugs, and burn holes in the shears in the bedroom, and this was suppose to be a no smoking room. I was looking forward to sinking into the beautiful tub, only to be disapointed cause the cold water handle just turned completely around. I was scared that it would not cut off,, or turn on when wanting to mix the hot and cold water together. I also go upset when I found incense stick that were burnt down stuck in the a/c vent to the living room, and another one wedged between the wall, and the board covering the a/c unit. My thought was, either it was left from a previous party, or a cheap attempt to hide the mildew oder. By the second day that we were there, I was already on allergy meds. Looking into the air vents, it was filthy, a thick collection of dust was evident so much so that the top of the light fixtures were covered with it also in the bathroom. For $350.00 a night, it was NOT worth it. I know this is an older hotel, but like a home you can make it worth living in. I also have pictures to back up my complaints.

Great Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/07
We stayed there just a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it. The best part about it was the bed. The beds are so comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Busy major hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/07
This hotel is a full service hotel that has a lot of functions going on at the same time. If you're there on the weekend, be prepared to have a lot of people around you. There is adequate parking, check in was fast and pleasant, the rooms have been upgraded since the last time we stayed there and the beds are ultra comfortable. The only small complaint is the noise leve in the halls but putting the AC fan control on high took care of that. Very good hotel

The place had a nice face but the rooms were loud and you could here your nabors very well. The shower above my room started to leak and i needed a new room after the first three days. I stayed there for 3 weeks and was ready to go home. The laundry room was not big enough and you had to wait in line.

Yes, I would stay there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/24/05
Nothing unfavorable.Nice clean hotel....the Executive Floor is nice. The 'Tower Lounge'on the 15th floor could be repainted and made more presentatble. Looks a bit antiquated. Otherwise is Ok. Might add scrambled eggs to breakfast menu ! The fruit selection is nice. James Parrott
