Ramada Inn Henderson, Henderson

This place is awful. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smoke. The photos on their website were obviously taken when then place was newly built, and it has not been taken care of since then. The curtains and lamp shades had stains all over them in my room. I called several times to the front desk in the two days that I was there and no one ever answered the phone. There was no information in the room about the supposed free wireless internet or any other hotel services. The free fridge in the room was disgusting. The showerhead in my room was mounted at about 4 feet high; who can shower in a 4 foot bath? Answer no one. Unless your room is free, do not stay here. This place will leave you feeling dirty.

The front entry is really nice. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The shower head was very nice. We would definetly stay here again as the price was great for what you got. The view from our room (concrete wall) wasn't the best, but it was bad weather out anyway.

This is a beautiful hotel. Not sure what it was like in 04 and 05 from reading the reviews but I have had two very positive experiences here in a 4 week period of time. I requested an upstairs non-smoking room and the room was clean and odor free. Refrigerator was newer and worked great. Good TV and nice chair with automan. Lots of hot water, clean and comfortable room!! Front desk staff were pleasant and even came up with tooth paste for me since mine was confiscated at the airport. Also very helpful in making dinner plans for my partner and I. Downsides were no restaurant open on site but many places to eat nearby. Bar was typical. WIFI didn't work consistently well in room but worked fine in the lobby. Two computers were available with internet access in the lobby as well. Very good experience both times I've stayed here. I'll be back again.

I did not like this place at all ! I am a non smoker and my wife and I became almost nausea's from the stale smoke smell. And our room was called a non smoking room. The whole place was smoke filled. The small fridge in the room didn't work, the bed very uncomfortable. Not to mention the people next door that must have closed the bar and came back to their room to fight and argue. But mostly the smokey, musty smell not a healthy environment.

A beautiful entry it was, but yes the whole hotel smelled musty. The rooms had bugs. When I asked why the pool was closed so early, front desk said he didn't take care of that, and nothing he could do. The maids were constantly in the break rooms with cigarette smoke pouring out of the room. Cleaning carts were in the way all day long, mostly in front of the break rooms. The billing was so screwed up. They charged my brother twice for his rooms, and I had a charge come out of my bank 1 month after we left and were home. I will be staying in one of the other place when I visit in October.

Everyone at this hotel was wonderful. Rooms very clean. good place to stay

The people that worked there. Total disrespect. The front desk manager was very unfriendly, and the bartenders need bartending classes.
