Budget Host Villa Inn, Hays

We have stayed here in the past and were happy with the value for the money. But they have raised their rates and the cleanliness and appeal of the rooms has gone done. Our bedspreads were worn and not very clean and there were holes in the sheets. The coffee maker was not clean and we decided not to use it because the heating base looked like it might start on fire. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this motel to others
